Folds ~ W Relation Box

This drill keeps both fans in a clean W relation while you practise folding the stacked shape side-to-side through the box pathway. Start low with palms facing in, fold over to the left, then carry the entire W shape across your body to the other side without losing stack, spacing, or alignment.

From there, alternate flips and folds, repeatedly flipping the whole shape then folding back through the box. Focus on maintaining consistent orientation and timing between hands so the W relation stays clear as you transition between sides.
