Slide & Flip ~ Diagonal ~ I Relation

Work a diagonal Slide & Flip variation for fan alignment, training clean pathway control at 45 degrees while staying organised through relationship changes. You start in W relation, then set the fans into a diagonal I relation with opposite palm orientations.

Keep the left hand static as an anchor while the right hand slides along the diagonal to meet the other fan, then flip and pivot the whole unit to the opposite 45-degree line so the hand roles and palm directions swap. Nikki Scarano emphasises drilling the repeat and keeping the hands lower (around belly-button height) to maintain reachable spacing.
