Turning ~ O Extension

Work an O relationship while adding a full-body turn, keeping both arms extended to maintain clean fan lines. Set a reverse grip in the right hand and a regular grip in the left, then lift the hands to 12 o’clock as you shift your body to prepare the rotation.

Use a pivot on the right foot and step with the left to travel through the turn, letting the hands track from 12 down towards 6 as you complete a 360 and return to your start. Drill both directions to refine timing, orientation, and extension consistency through the turn.
