Extensions ~ Re-Gripping Technique
Practise a full wall-plane extension circle with a fan while keeping the plane clean through the bottom of the pathway. You’ll drill a large, fully extended arm circle with the thumb leading from 12 o’clock across the body to 6 o’clock, then continue without breaking the circle.
The key focus is the re-gripping technique at 6 o’clock: release, rotate the wrist to reposition (palm turning up/out), then re-engage with the pointer finger to keep the fan moving smoothly.
