Lines: Horizontal

Practise mapping the horizontal line as a clear spatial reference, using a T-shaped arm position extending from the shoulders. Nikki Scarano has you track the line by dragging one hand to the right and left, building awareness of level and reach across the body.

Use the same pathway with either empty hand or a prop to make the line visible, then switch hands as you travel across to the opposite side. This drill supports cleaner plane control and more intentional line-based placements for fans and other flow work.
