BTB_12_0.3 Meltdowns

Break down the poi meltdown from a split-time hip reel, then refine it by redirecting each poi’s pathway around the heels so the swing travels behind the legs and returns on the far side in front. You’ll drill the front/back timing while adding the contorted reach that creates the “meltdown” look, adjusting body turn and range of motion to match your flexibility.

Nick Woolsey emphasises shoulder and torso safety: work warm, use short bursts, and stop if it hurts. The goal is a controllable transition between standard split-time hip reels and the deeper wraparound positions without losing timing or plane awareness.
