Embodied Awareness

This guided embodied awareness practice sets up your fans training by centring attention in the body before connecting to the prop. Nikki Scarano leads breathwork that tracks inhale and exhale through belly and chest, using stillness to notice posture, jaw and shoulder tension, and the felt rhythm of breathing without judgement.

You’ll also begin a sensory awareness phase and gentle tapping as grounding tools you can return to when timing feels rushed or movement quality gets tense. Use this as an information-gathering reset to support cleaner pathways and calmer transitions once you start moving with fans.
