Folds ~ Horizontal X to O Slide
Drill a fold sequence that uses a horizontal plane shift between X relation and O relation via a controlled hand slide. Start in X with the left in reverse grip and the right in regular grip, meeting the fans symmetrically and briefly bracing the centre on the arm to stabilise the shape.
Slide the right hand through until the palms face each other in O, then fold the whole structure across your horizontal line before sliding back to X and folding again to the side. Focus on keeping clean planes, using chest orientation to follow the turn, and managing reach with the elbow and shoulder to reduce strain while maintaining symmetry.
