Cleaning up time flies part 2

Break Time Flies into drillable components so you stop reinforcing a ‘final sloppy version’. Nick Woolsey focuses on isolating a clean triquetra with clear hang time at the top, gentle elbow extension, and moving both arms together so the pattern stays deliberate rather than drooping.

You’ll refine plane control by using external feedback like a wall to check whether each poi is truly in a flat plane from horizon to horizon. From there, you return to timing, spotting the split-time moments in both directions where one poi is up as the other is down, building consistent timing relationships across the full cycle.
