Further with thread the needle
This lesson refines Thread The Needle by exaggerating the reach-through to heighten the illusion of punching through the partner circle. Nick Woolsey has you isolate one poi first, timing a forward reach to meet the tether as it passes, then adding a last-moment pullback along the other arm.
You’ll drill waiting vs reaching, then progressively increase range from mid-forearm to elbow to shoulder while keeping cleaner planes. Once the single-side mechanics feel consistent, you apply the same push–pull timing with both poi, building planning control and a more deliberate, readable Thread The Needle pathway.
