Sky Camera: forward and backward weave plus turning

Uses a sky-view ‘camera’ to clarify forward weave and backward weave pathways, focusing on how the two poi overlap in timing and how the hands alternate between crossed and open positions. You’ll drill tracking the over-under relationship as a simple left-over/right-over rhythm, rather than trying to visually follow both heads at once.

Nick Woolsey then connects weave mechanics to turning, using the brief ‘hug’/closed position as a reliable decision point for rotating your body and switching between forward and backward weave without stopping. Practise sustaining the weave while travelling your orientation from one wall to the other.
