Dialing in horizontal poi with a table

Use a tabletop as a reference plane to dial in horizontal poi. Nick Woolsey focuses on proprioceptive feedback from the table so you can track whether the poi head tip is drawing a clean, level circle, even when the tether droops at slower speeds.

Drill both hands and directions at varied tempos, then recheck your basic horizontal spinning (including I-E-S pathways) for consistent plane control. The aim is reducing sloppy planes so openings, closings, and hover-based patterns like four-beat windmills read clearly and transition more cleanly without unintended helix drift.
