Full tick tock
Clockwork-style tick tocks drilled as a full pattern, focusing on clean arm-over-arm switches and consistent timing. You practise one arm leading with a low outside entry near the pelvis, tracing up the side into a tick tock at the top, then dropping back to the same centred start point to repeat.
Nick Woolsey emphasises keeping the “one circle” in front of the pelvis (not drifting to the hip) so the pattern stays symmetrical when you alternate sides. Attention goes to elbow comfort at the top, outward spin orientation, and making the switch timing precise for later use in synced or syncopated group tunnelling choreography.
