Give backward split-time crossing a try
Work on backward split-time crossing as an exploratory drill, building from your forward split-time crossing homework. You’ll practise keeping the poi in split-time timing while finding the moment they trade sides, rather than drifting back into same-time.
Experiment with different crossing pathways, letting either hand chase across while the other passes underneath, and try initiating the cross to either side. The goal is to prime coordination and directional awareness for backward split-time patterns, using playful troubleshooting to notice what breaks your timing and what maintains clean crossing behaviour.
