How to learn and teach hyperloops step 1
Nick Woolsey demonstrates a structured way to teach the basic hyperloop by isolating body orientation from arm position. You practise planting the feet, fixing the arms in a crossed position, and using side-to-side pivots to feel how the poi twist and untwist as the body turns.
The focus is timing the turn with the moment one poi is on top, so the lead poi travels up the middle or around the outside depending on whether you finish the rotation. You also troubleshoot release by letting the reaching hand come in front so the second poi can exit cleanly.
