More with body tracing
Builds a two-arm body tracing pattern in poi by alternating which arm completes the tracing circuit. Starting from a reverse archer weave, you drill a clean shoulder-to-neck-to-shoulder trace, then add the armpit-to-chest-to-armpit pathway to link the halves into a repeatable loop.
Nick Woolsey emphasises hand orientation through the torso trace, keeping the thumb turned in and pointing back (hip-reel mechanics without flipping forward) to reduce shoulder strain and maintain smooth wrap-free pathways. Once the loop is consistent, you begin switching hands at the shoulder/neck segment and explore adding body turns during the extension to change stance and facing.
