Body tracing 6-beat fountains
Work a 6-beat fountain into a body tracing pattern by combining forwards and reverse archer weaves. Nick Woolsey breaks the move into arm pathways first, then adds the poi so you can coordinate timing and orientation changes without losing plane control.
Drill the wrist cross and twist as your hands slide between armpit and shoulder positions, using the poi’s pass under the armpit and over the shoulder as cues to switch weave direction. Build range gradually, from small traces near the elbows to full slides, to keep rhythm clean and transitions consistent.
