Adding tracing the body to 6-beat fountain

Building on the 6-beat fountain, this lesson threads in fuller body tracing so your fountain pathways travel from arm to torso to shoulder and back. You’ll practise combining opposite-arm tracing with coiling and uncoiling around the home arm to create clean horizontal traces that stay on-time with the beat structure.

Nick Woolsey breaks the pathway into four consistent “holes” around the body: over each shoulder and under each armpit. Expect focused drilling of the tricky under-arm-to-behind-torso carry, using palm/thumb orientation to guide the poi close to the body, then re-opening into the next beat without collapsing the fountain.
