Learn the 4X4 Fountain (no excuses!) :)

Work up a 4x4 fountain by organising clean split-time timing and a consistent behind-at-the-top, in-front-at-the-bottom pathway. Nick Woolsey frames it as a smoother alternative to a weave–windmill style fountain, aiming for one continuous circling pattern that stays clear of the face line.

You’ll drill shoulder-reel and toe-pass mechanics while slightly rotating the torso to set the plane and keep the hands tracking close past the ears. The lesson highlights using small speed boosts on one poi to lock the rhythm, then using the established pathway to connect into turning, weaves, and two-beat weave entries.
