Combining 4x4 Fountain and High-Low Weave Turning

Blend a 4x4 Fountain into continuous turning through a High-Low Weave, using the turn to alternate your weave path nearer the ground and then up towards the sky. This is aimed at making the two patterns read as one phrase while maintaining clean planes and steady timing through the rotation.

Nick Woolsey emphasises starting subtle and increasing range incrementally so the high-low contrast grows without losing the weave structure. Use the moment the right hand crosses under the left as a reliable cue: weave while turning, then return to the fountain on that under-crossing to reset and repeat.
