Nicks favorite stall pattern
A structured poi stall pattern that cycles through major modes while training clean reversals and plane control. You’ll alternate right and left stalls to move through inwards Mexican wave, clockwise windmill, outwards Mexican wave, and counterclockwise windmill, returning to the start.
Nick Woolsey highlights prerequisites including solid Mexican waves, both windmill directions, and a no-beat windmill ability to hold one poi frozen behind the head while the other works in front. Use the pattern to break habitual choices, refine timing, and troubleshoot alignment by checking your planes against a wall.
