Stalling and reversing #5 (behind your head)

Refine stall-and-reverse timing while shifting your poi planes into the space behind your head. Nick Woolsey builds this cumulatively from right/left stalls on wheel and wall planes, then adds behind-the-body plane control where proprioception and consistent orientation become the main challenge.

You’ll drill one poi first, repeating circle–stall–reverse cycles to stabilise the plane, then layer in the second poi by starting one spinning while the other swings into motion. Using a nearby wall for visceral feedback helps you feel when the plane wobbles, making reversals cleaner and more repeatable for later transitions.
