Stall and reverse progression 4 - Playing on wall plane

Drill the alternating stall-and-reverse progression until it feels automatic. Start with both poi spinning forwards, stall the right to reverse, then stall the left to reverse, cycling between forwards and backwards and noticing how the timing relationship shifts through opposites. The aim is clean reversals without overthinking so the pattern can blend into other poi vocabulary.

Then take the same idea onto the wall plane with shortened poi to reduce tangles and arm collisions. Explore both poi spinning inwards, outwards, clockwise, and counterclockwise in both same-time and split-time, and practise stalling one poi to reverse while keeping the other stable in plane.
