Stall and reverse #3 - Wall plane
Take the familiar right–left stall-and-reverse pattern and relocate it into the wall plane. With wraps held short, you’ll rehearse spinning both poi inwards/outwards and clockwise/counterclockwise in either same-time or split-time, then isolate one hand spinning while the other hand “rocks” side-to-side to find clean reversal points.
The drill focuses on stalling to redirect the poi’s rotation without breaking plane integrity, gradually linking from both-inwards into one-hand swinging and back again. Use this to stabilise wall-plane control and build reliable reversal timing for broader spinning vocabulary.
