Playing and Turning with Buzzsaw
Work on entering and exiting Buzzsaw while adding turns, using split-time forwards as the timing anchor. You’ll drill left-lead vs right-lead rhythm, keeping a clear beat between “over the top” and “through the bottom” so the pattern stays relaxed and consistent.
Nick Woolsey then has you practise controlled wraps and unwraps by opening the hands and letting the lead side initiate the action, and switching each hand from outside to inside and back. The goal is smooth transitions between outside-arm pathways and inside-arm Buzzsaw pathways without losing lead awareness or turn continuity.
