Sky Camera: threading the needle

Threading the needle is shown from a sky-view angle, focusing on the inward pathway and how it compares to the outward version. You’ll see the same pattern performed both exaggerated and subtle, so you can recognise the underlying track even when the movement is small and clean.

Nick Woolsey emphasises using body turn to support the timing: as you rotate, one poi naturally drives forward while the other draws back, helping the push–pull relationship stay coordinated. A slower run-through gives you a reference for spacing and rhythm when drilling.
