Turning continuously with weaves

Work on adding continuous turns to a forwards and backwards weave, aiming for two full rotations to the left and right without losing timing. Nick Woolsey frames this as a patience drill where you slow the pattern down and keep the weave organised as your body rotates through space.

Refine plane control while turning by noticing where the poi drift off your intended track. A one-poi isolation drill (wrapping the other poi) helps you feel the over–under pathway around the arm and practise choosing whether to keep the plane aligned or let it gradually rotate for effect, then reintegrate it back into the full weave.
