Using the world around you for poi feedback
Use built-in geometry in your environment to sharpen poi spatial accuracy and body awareness. Nick Woolsey frames a narrow path, dock edge, court line, or pavement seam as a reference for tracking planes and “tracks”, giving you immediate feedback on whether your circles stay aligned or drift.
Drill forward and backward crossing while spotting a fixed point, then travel along the line to feel how stepping timing and direction affect your pattern. Treat these landmarks like training wheels for cleaner planes, clearer crossings, and more consistent wide/narrow and high/low range.
