Behind the back weave leadups
Builds lead-ups from behind-the-back jigs into a clean behind-the-back weave. Nick Woolsey focuses on moving the poi from the right track to the left track without collapsing into a flat wall plane, keeping each hand on its wheel plane as you cross behind you.
You’ll drill single-poi crossings and freezes to check alignment, then add front/behind pathways and reverse them for control. The lesson finishes by bringing in two poi in backwards split-time, using alternating behind-the-back circles as a stepping stone towards sustained weave timing.
