Further with isolations

Refine poi isolation mechanics on the horizontal plane, starting single-hand clockwise and counter-clockwise to build clean circles without “gravity well” drift. You’ll focus on recognising true isolation through consistent radius control, contrasting it with extension when the circle grows or collapses.

From there, drill two-poi horizontal isolations to calibrate left/right symmetry, exploring inward and outward spins plus simple timing relationships (same-time and split-time). The aim is to spot unevenness between hands, improve coordination, and build isolation control that carries into broader poi vocabulary.
