Playing along the tracks with each mode: The matrix between the moves!

A constraints-based poi drill for exploring the Matrix without defaulting to named tricks. Nick Woolsey sets up two imaginary “tracks” and asks you to keep both poi spinning along those lines, staying in clean wall planes while you move, turn, and play.

Work one Mode at a time, such as split-time same direction, then opposites, letting shapes and timing relationships emerge without forcing a weave, windmill, or other set pattern. Use the track rule to sharpen plane control, reset awareness, and build freer transitions between movements.
