Poi fu arms opposites

Drill Poi Fu arm pathways using a partner or a wall as a reference to keep your circles clean. You alternate an inside circle in front with a ‘wall’ circle behind, letting the hand stay extended and roll from front to back rather than ‘wiping a window’.

Focus on completing a full circle on the back plane so the hand doesn’t flip direction at the hip. Once the pathway feels consistent on each side, take it into two-handed work with opposite direction timing, using the wall to check body angle and plane control without letting both hands touch.
