Poi fu - going 3D with buzzsaw planes
This session extends Poi Fu buzzsaw work from a single plane into 3D by adding multiple planes of movement. Using a “basketball” model, you drill tracing circles on different axes and noticing how each cardinal point becomes a decision-point for changing direction or plane.
You explore timing and mode changes within the buzzsaw framework, moving between same-direction, opposites, split-time, and split-time opposites while “bouncing between cardinals”. The aim is to build clear spatial awareness and cleaner plane control before applying the same choices to poi in later weeks.
