Planes and ranges of motion - the moses progression

Using the Moses progression, you drill how a stable windmill pattern can travel through a wide range of motion without changing timing. Starting from a wall-plane windmill in split-time same direction, keep each poi crossing front-to-back while you raise your hands high, then gradually lower towards the hips, maintaining clean planes and upright posture.

The focus is control and consistency as the hand path moves through different heights and widths, including gradual increases in how far the hands cross. This builds confidence transitioning between high and low positions while keeping the plane and pattern intact.
