Using the neutral matching point to connect windmill and the weaves

Practise finding the shared neutral matching point that links your windmill with forward and backward weaves. Nick Woolsey has you choose a single travel direction and repeatedly pass through the same alignment where the poi match, then redirect into windmill, over into a forward weave, or under into a backward weave without pausing.

Focus on clean timing as one poi tracks up while the other tracks down, and on making the crossing choice at the matching point. Drill one direction at a time, then randomise your exits to build smooth transitions and better pattern awareness.
