Wall Plane

Wall plane work for fans, using your body as the centre line between an imagined wall in front and behind. Nikki Scarano cues a clear visualisation and a simple drill to lock in the plane: open the arms to a T, then raise and lower while keeping the arms parallel to the wall.

Use a real wall if available to feel the correct orientation and maintain consistent alignment. Focus on sliding up and down without drifting forward or back, refining plane integrity before adding more complex pathways or transitions.
