Cleaning up hip reels

Focus on refining poi hip reels by reducing excess arm and shoulder input. Nick Woolsey emphasises keeping the arms heavy and hanging with elbows long but not locked, so the reel is driven mainly by small wrist and finger tugs rather than big body motion.

Drill both directions while watching that the poi stay close to the hips and the plane stays straight. This builds cleaner, more controllable reels, so any larger, more expressive movement later becomes a deliberate choice instead of an unintentional wobble.
