Work with a single poi as a foundation drill for freedom, musicality, and cleaner mechanics. Using familiar patterns such as forward and backward crosses as reference points, you’ll practise staying relaxed while varying rhythm, phrasing, and body movement so the poi responds to your timing rather than forcing your timing.
The focus is on moving the poi from your centre and treating it like dance play rather than a checklist of tricks.
