Practicing poitruvian arms

Drill Poitruvian arm pathways with a relaxed, continuous arc. Each arm drops past the legs, circles up to the nose, travels past the ear to the back of the head, then releases to repeat, keeping the movement smooth rather than “cutting up” over the top.

Nick Woolsey frames this as a posture and alignment check: stay tall through the spine with a gently open chest, breathe, and let the shoulder blade stay settled so the reach extends through the arm without popping the shoulder. Focus on full range to the “imaginary bell” above the head before returning to the back-of-head position.
