Turning with antispin with little buddha

Turning while holding antispin is trained here using a clear front focus point as your reference. You drill antispin petals on either side, then choose the moment to turn when the poi is extended at the front focus, where the timing is easiest to read and the path stays clean.

The key refinement is passing through a centred “middle” position to transfer between planes without collapsing the arm path. Nick Woolsey highlights a common error during the turn where the hand follows the prop down; instead, keep the arm rising as the poi drops so the antispin rhythm remains consistent through the rotation.
