CAPS

Work a CAP (capped anti-spin pattern) by taking a single anti-spin flower petal and “capping” it with an extension back down through the line you just traced. Nick Woolsey frames this as a simple dip-and-whack rhythm to help you feel the timing and direction change without overthinking petals versus circles.

Drill it one hand at a time, prioritising symmetry and consistent range on the arm swing. Start with a comfortable front/back angle, then gradually widen towards clean horizontal zero points as control improves, keeping the cap sharp and the return path deliberate.
