Jon demonstrates CAP stalls

Work on CAP stalls by compressing a downward pedal into a sharp stall point, keeping the poi tracking cleanly through the CAP plane. The focus is on timing the stop and re-entry so the CAP remains readable rather than collapsing into a wobble.

Nick Woolsey highlights how poi length and arm extension change the mechanics. Longer, arm-length poi make the stall easier to feel; shorter poi often require bringing the hand in while still tracing a partial circle. Aim for consistent horizontal hand positions on each side to set up repeatable CAP-to-CAP phrasing.
