Keep working on reverse right, reverse left patterns

Drill alternating reverse direction on each hand, switching reverse right then reverse left in a steady pattern. The focus is on isolating the hands so you can change one poi’s direction without the other following, building cleaner left–right independence and control.

Work it in both wheel and wall planes, keeping the push short and accepting some sloppiness early on. Practise in same-time or split-time, then aim for consistent alternation. This pattern supports later skills like stalls and mode changes by strengthening reliable single-hand direction changes.
