More on reverse right/left as foundation of transitions

Drill the core reversal skill of switching only one poi between forward and reverse while the other hand holds its current direction. Nick Woolsey cycles reverse right, reverse left through the main direction states so you can reliably reorient without losing timing or plane control.

Work it first in same time, then repeat in split time to challenge coordination and clean signal separation between hands. Start at your sides, then take the same reversal game onto the wall plane. Use this as a short warm-up and as a foundation for later mode transitions and freer randomised switching.
