Lead ups to spiral wraps and elbow-wrist bounces

Nick Woolsey breaks down lead-ups for spiral wraps by drilling controlled elbow and wrist bounces. The focus is on wall plane control with a slight inward angle, so the poi can reliably contact opposite elbows without the plane drifting away and missing the target.

You’ll experiment with arm and hand positioning, then add a second poi once the single-side bounce feels consistent. The lesson also explores where to aim on the poi system for different rhythms, from bouncing the head to catching near the tether for half-wrap releases, building timing and feel that feeds directly into spiral wrap entries.
