Spiral wraps
Spiral wrap drilling from split-time, same-direction on a clean wall plane, refining the prerequisite of bending the planes slightly inwards so you can reliably tap opposite elbows and opposite hands without the poi drifting out. The focus is on plane control and consistent rebounds off the arms and hands as a set-up for clean wraps.
From that rebound timing, bring both hands fully together so the poi spiral around your hands rather than your hands turning around the poi. Nick Woolsey explores grip options (including Jedi to key grip) and a solid palms-down “turtle” hand shape, finishing with a firm catch-and-release to bounce the poi back out.
