Split time sequence

This lesson strings together split-time, same-direction poi vocabulary into a repeatable sequence for flow and endurance. Starting from a forwards weave/warrior entry, you track the left hand back into an “ocean” style big circle and return cleanly to the forwards weave to reset your timing.

From there you practise opening out, then layering in a whirl and consecutive in-spins before landing back in the weave or continuing into variations such as four-by-four. The focus is on maintaining split-time relationship through transitions, keeping pathways clear, and recovering smoothly when the sequence breaks.
