Antispin inspin stalls
This lesson drills a two-plane stalling pattern that alternates high and low stalls, starting from a simple up-to-middle and down-to-middle rhythm. The focus is on hitting clean stops on the centre line, then gradually extending the arms while keeping timing even.
You’ll coordinate asymmetrical motion where one poi works an antispin stall while the other works an inspin stall. Practising the contrast between antispin and inspin while repeatedly returning to the midline helps refine spatial awareness, especially knowing and maintaining your centre line under changing height and range.
