Refine CAP timing from inward split-time by drilling the “bounce, bounce” finish at the cardinals. You’ll practise turning left as the hands pass, hitting top and bottom positions cleanly, then rebounding back into even inward split-time without drifting out of phase.

Nick Woolsey then links that control into split-time extensions with opposing directions (one poi forward, the other backward), alternating extension and antispin to build overlapping front-plane “petals”. The aim is consistent spacing and clear plane orientation so you can redirect into wall-plane or restart the pattern without losing split-time.
